My entire family uses this machine! Very versatile for almost anyone. It is a very compact machine, but fits us all perfectly. My family ranges from 5' to 6' tall. I am a Pilates nut, and this machine is awesome! My husband and son are in to the strength training. Definitely get the push up bar, because it has the foot bar which is a necessity! Great machine! |

Just received my pilates power gym. So far I see two things that need to be improved. First, the back pad and therefore the entire system needs to be wider. My husband laughed when we pulled it out of the box. I was lucky that both of my butt cheeks fit comfortable on it. Second, the resistance bands only go up to 58.899 lbs max resistance. It should be higher for advanced consumers. I would say atleast 75 lbs in resistance weight. I haven't really used it but I know that the shoulder exercises showed on the commercial were not shown in the manual book? But, on a good note, looks like I can try to be creative all on my own.” (Fitnessinfomercialreview.com)
